Wellness Pathway #179 The Secret of Health?
Last week I received an email from a reader that made me laugh, even though I had bumped into its curious logic before. Just for fun, I thought I would pass it along as this week’s Wellness Pathway. It’s good to know that someone has finally figured out the secret of staying healthy. 🙂
- The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
- The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
- The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
- The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and also suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
- The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.
CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.
Coaching Inquiries: Do you speak a language other than English? Do you want to learn a language other than English?
