Meet our Coaches
Since founding LifeTrek in 1998, Bob has assisted many individuals and organizations to improve their performance in life and work using primarily strengths-based approaches. In addition to one-on-one life and leadership coaching, LifeTrek and the Center for School Transformation have facilitated training workshops and whole-system transformation initiatives within a wide variety of organizational settings, including schools, churches, and corporations.
Megan Tschannen-Moran is a professor of Educational Leadership at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA and a co-founder of the Center for School Transformation. Megan earned her B.S.E. from Northwestern University and her Master and Ph.D. degrees in educational administration from The Ohio State University. She has been a teacher, a school administrator, and an educational leadership coach.
Certified as a Professional Certified Coach, through the International Coach Federation and The Coaches Training Institute, Christina serves as a coach training practical examiner and mentor coach for the ICF and Wellcoaches. She carries a credential as a Licensed Corporate & Executive Wellness Coach. She received her Master of Art in Education from The Ohio State University, focused on career, personal, and organizational development, instructional design, and training. Christina is qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator.
