Who We Are
Founded in 1998 by Bob & Megan Tschannen-Moran, LifeTrek Coaching
International has worked with hundreds of clients to make the
transition from good to great. Through the
Center for School Transformation, we train school coaches and leaders
in using a person-centered, no-fault, strengths-based approach to
innovation and change.
What We Do
LifeTrek uses personal coaching, professional development, and
strengths-based strategies to generate exceptional results in life
and work for our clients. We celebrate the best to bring out the
best in individuals, schools, congregations, companies, and
organizations. We enable people and organizations to move forward
quickly and successfully in the direction of their dreams.
How We Do It
Our process, whether we are working with one person or a large
organization, is wonderfully simple. We get people talking about
their best experiences and core values; this provides the foundation
for producing a compelling future vision. Then, we partner with
clients to co-create the design for that future, developing
strategies and supporting actions for success. Our use of
strengths-based inquiry and planning casts a wide net, unleashing
the energy, creativity, and determination to make things happen.
