Successfully founded and led an internationally-recognized coaching company, working with hundreds of clients, specializing in personal coaching, organizational development, and leadership effectiveness.

·     Coaching: Affiliations: Secretary, Board of Governors, International Association of Coaches; Member, International Coach Federation and ICF Greater Richmond. Teaching: Curriculum writer and faculty member for Wellcoaches’ coach-training program, now training more than 1,000 health and wellness coaches per year.

·     Communications: Authors and archives a weekly electronic newsletter, LifeTrek Provisions, with 50,000 subscribers in 152 countries. Co-author of a Coaching Psychology Manual (2009), chapter contributor to the Sage Handbook of Coaching (2009), as well as other printed magazine articles, book chapters, motivational speaking, and workshop leadership.

·       Organized a multiracial, multicultural, bilingual, open-and-affirming congregation in a low-income, inner-city neighborhood.

·       Founded a soup kitchen with a partnership model of ministry that has grown into the largest daily feeding program in the City of Chicago.
